SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH A ONE WEEK DELAY. ALL ORDERS THAT ARE SHIPPED WILL HAVE TRACKING INFO EMAILED TO THE CUSTOMER USING THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE.

Once your order has been dispatched, and details on how to track your order online have been emailed, we are not liable for any delays and/or failures in delivery or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

USPS will need to be contacted regarding those delays and be responsible at that point. We have completed our due diligence in carefully packaging, delivering to the parcel service provider, and dispatching accurate tracking directly to the HTM client.

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL ITEMS are inspected for defects prior to being packaged. They are also inspected prior to being loaded onto the website. We in good faith would NEVER display an item that was not in the condition to be USED immediately and sold as is.

Due to the nature of the products we offer and sell we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS and/or REFUNDS. Based on quality control, health codes, & and concerns.

Due to health and environmental concerns,

HTM (Heavenly Touch Makeovers) cannot and will not accept any returns on cosmetics, makeup, personal care items & items that fit into similar categories, or any items that have been in contact with your person and/ or shipped out for delivery.

 

Returns/ Replacements of merchandise; cosmetics accessories ((such as mirrors, makeup bags, etc)), items still in sealed wrapping, etc... will be handled on a case-to-case basis. As a business, we want to ENSURE SATISFACTION. Also, as a business, we will be diligent in ensuring we are not the victims of fraud or malice.
